Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

 

Customers may cancel an order or purchase option before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will be subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

For any purchase options involving pre-orders, made-to-order items, or delayed dispatch:

• Orders may be cancelled up until production or fulfilment has begun
• Once production has started, cancellations are not guaranteed
