A device to help you massage your hands, forearms and whatever else you see fit.

The ball is held in with a magnet. It stays in place during use but it’s easy to pop it out for cleaning. It’s a choking hazard. Keep away from children!

For smoothest rolling action keep the bearing clean. Pop the ball out, wipe the bearing to remove residue, make sure it’s all totally dry and pop the ball back in.

Climbing chalk especially gunks up the bearing, so it’s best to avoid using this with chalky hands. But if you do, then it’s easy to clean out and get running smoothly again.
